The large, landscaped and walled Garden features swimming pool, ponds, terraces, lawns, rose garden, and stunning views over Hastings old Town and out to sea, whilst wide, open skies make it a perfect spot for star gazing on clear evenings. There are plenty of secluded corners for those seeking a quiet place to read or sunbathe, whilst the terraces and lawns give plenty of areas to congregate as a group for meals and drinks.

Doors lead to the main house from the top lawn, directly into the lounge, and from the central pathway into the gym and WCs on the lower ground floor.

We'll provide you with some charcoal, kindling and firelighters for the barbeque.
